Small room has a view of the courtyard/street area. BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING & TOWELS! The bath will be shared. YOU MUST help around the house AND keep common areas clean. *CLEANLINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS HOME!* I like for the housemates to get along and be respectable about communicating with each other. It's a peaceful environment -- LET'S KEEP IT THAT WAY!! No Petty Stuff and looking for mature individuals. Two overnights for guest only per week (not concurrently). Pay your rent early or on time!
