4.2 cu. ft. refrigerator w/separate freezer, queen size bed (MUST PURCHASE GOOD mattress protector -waterproof REQUIRED) nightstand, new ceiling fan, curtains, blinds, tv, chair, art & closet. Small room has a view of the courtyard/street area. BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING & TOWELS! The bath will be shared. YOU MUST help around the house AND keep common areas clean. *CLEANLINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS HOME!* I like for the housemates to get along and be respectable about communicating with each other. It's a peaceful environment -- LET'S KEEP IT THAT WAY!! No Petty Stuff and looking for mature individuals. Two overnights for guest only per week (not concurrently)/NO exceptions. Pay your rent early or on time! I enforce late fees!! The cable/internet is optional and (both) are a separate shared charge mthly. Dominguez Hills University & Carson mall are close.
