My home is in the Ganesha Hills area of Pomona. Ganesha Hills is the hillside by Pomona Valley Mining company Restaurant, and the Dudley on ramp of the 10 FRWY West . It is nestled on a very nice quiet pretty street with no close neighbors. I have ample parking on my property. Cal Poly Pomona, Mt. Sac and University of La Verne are 5 minutes from my home (about 3.5 miles) for those students attending those colleges. My home borders La Verne & the quaint city of Claremont and there are many close shopping centers, stores and restaurants on Foothill Blvd, which is 5 minutes away. I am walking distance to LA County Fair grounds (Fairplex) and three blocks from Ride Share. For students/people who take public transportation also three blocks away. I’m also a few minutes away from Puddingstone & Raging Waters and Claremont Village for entertainment. Roomie will have a shared bathroom with a Cal Poly Engineering Student. I’m looking for a responsible low key student, neat, clean, and respectful.
