Housemate Search (Ladera Heights Area)

Our previous housemate is moving out at the end of September, so we are looking for a housemate to move in October 1st and take over the available room.

A little about us:

I’m Jazmin, 26 and I work in the music industry. I’m usually out of the house from about 8:30 AM–5:30 PM during the week. I like to keep myself busy with the culver run club and AMC A-List. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading, watching movies, going to different community events. I have a boyfriend that lives a 10 minute walk away.

Unnati Diya Maharjan (25) is the other housemate whom you will share a bathroom with. She is usually out of the house from about 7 AM–5:30 PM during the week. She is great painter and also keeps busy with various poetry and book clubs around Culver. When she isn’t working, she is reading, cooking, or planning our next monthly hosted event.

Unnati and I have become great friends since moving in together earlier this year and do joint weekly meal preps. We have a good group of friends in the area and like to host occasionally. We would love to have a friendly relationship with our next roomate.

Rent: $1,100/month

Unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom located directly across the hall.
