Spacious room for rent with private bathroom

Hello, I my roommate is moving back to the east coast and I need a new roommate to join me in a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom apartment in the Fox Hills area of Culver City. The room is clean, spacious, comes with brown/grey hardwood floors as well as a huge sliding closet plus a walk in closet for extra space. The area is super safe, pet friendly and convenient. Need to shop for groceries? choose between Sprouts, Pavilions, Ralphs or Trader Joes which are all two minutes away in a car. Shopping? the Westfield Culver City mall is a minute away with stores such as Nordstrom Rack, JC Penny, Sephora, and Victoria's Secret. Picking up your prescriptions at the pharmacy? there is a CVS on Centinela Ave which is exactly three minutes away in a car. Craving your morning coffee? Starbucks is a minute away right behind the mall. If you enjoy your regular dose of exercise, the Fox Hills park is right in front of our building where they offer basketball and multiples tennis courts for the lovers of the sport. Lastly, I would like to mention the apartment comes with one indoor parking an elevator and a downstairs laundry room.

About me:
I consider myself a responsible, considerate, clean, and quiet roommate. I occasionally work from home but as of right now I am mostly working outside from about 11am till 8pm. My interests are mostly checking out new restaurants, spending time in nature, auditioning for acting roles, playing Monopoly, watching documentaries, and catching up with just a few close friends over brunch on the weekends. When it comes to keeping the place tidy, I am pretty clean but I am also pretty flexible. I understand that everybody is on their own schedule so as long as messes are cleaned up by the end of the day that is fine with me.
