The owner lives in the main house with two friendly dogs, Jordan and Junior. Since the dogs regularly spend time outdoors, guests using the pool area may see them from time to time. They are friendly dogs, although Junior may bark at first. Giving him the opportunity to approach on his own usually works best. He also enjoys swimming when the weather is warm.

Although the owner is present on the property, the intention is to allow guests plenty of personal space.
