Hi there!

We are two female working from home professionals in their 30-40s looking for a third to re-join our team by September 1st. Our house is our sanctuary and we are creatives at heart. We are fortunate to have this wonderful place to call home, have been here for quite a few years and we love it as if it is our own. We're looking for someone who can do the same, needs private space but can still thrive in a multiple person household. Fully vaccinated, liberal household. 😉 We have pretty standard working hours and noise time hours but we still like to have fun. We're open to visitors/overnight guests as long as everyone feels safe.

There is an older small dog here (14 years) she guards the house if we're ever away. 🤣 She will take an inch if you give her a mile but she knows all her commands and is a great little love bug. Although ideally, we would prefer a one pet household, we are open to another small dog, provided it is the right fit.

The room will be unfurnished on the smaller side (7x15 ft) not including closet, of course but has a lot of potential for someone who can design some space saving methods or if you are a minimalist already, GREAT. One of two bathrooms is shared amongst two housemates, that would be yours... In house laundry is probably our favorite thing about this place. (Other than being a 10 min cab ride from DTLA) Our street mostly has family on it. Pretty peaceful although the neighbors can turn up on the mariachi once in a while over the weekends. There's a great little park for running and a papusas joint at one end of the block and a little liquor store at the other end of the block for quick things and a local nursery as well.

All in moderation though. 😉
We are definitely not a party house but entertain and imbibe occasionally.

A parking spot is available for a standard sized car. We both have smaller cars so we use the smaller spaces. There is a guest house that sits on the back of the property that we share a driveway with our back neighbor, who is a total sweetheart and has been here for a few years as well.

Water, trash, electric, internet, cleaning services
Typically $150-200 per month depending on the season
Parking is separate.
