My housemates and I are seeking two (2) additional housemates to fill two (2) available bedrooms in our spacious 5-bedroom / 3-bathroom front duplex unit. We’re looking for responsible, respectful, and considerate housemates who are either students or young working professionals. Preference will be given to applicants participating in the City Year or Teach For America programs.

The house is very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, work, study, and enjoy your privacy when needed.

Housing Details
• Private bedroom
• Shared bathroom with one other housemate
• Rent: $698 per month for each room
• Utilities (electricity, gas, trash, internet, and water*) are billed monthly or bi-monthly and split evenly among housemates
• 1-year joint lease; Move-in date: July

The house is a 15-minute walk from the blue line, and 5 to 12-minute walk from different bus stops (55 (To DTLA), 102 (to Near Culver City), 105 (to West Hollywood). The house is also near the 10 (~5 mins) and 110 (~10 mins) freeway; 11 mins to USC; 12 mins to CSULA; 3 miles to Staples Center, 2.5 miles to downtown LA.
