The house is located in South LA, just minutes from University of Southern California, DTLA, the Expo Line, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything the city has to offer — while still keeping a comfortable, relaxed home vibe.

We’re a diverse household with people from different backgrounds and cultures — students, restaurant workers, professionals, creatives, and travelers. Some stay short-term, some longer-term, but everyone values mutual respect, communication, cleanliness, and peaceful living.
