Your Room:

Features a "Jack and Jill" bathroom shared with only one other roommate. The bathroom is accessible only from the two bedrooms it connects, ensuring privacy from the rest of the house. There are three other roommates in the home, each with their own private room.

Note: There is a separate, occupied studio space across the backyard patio.


Parking & Pets:

Two driveway parking spots in front yard (first come, first served).
Ample street parking is also available.
No pets allowed. The dog in the photos was a visitor :)

The Details:

Lease: 6-month minimum.

Utilities: Estimated at approximately $100/month per tenant based on historical averages. Please note this fluctuates monthly based on total household usage.
