The house is 5 bedrooms but, you will have your own in a brand new house that was just built a few years ago & a shared bathroom. Washer/dryer is included with the rent. You also have full access to the kitchen. And a fully furnished home with everything at your disposal. We have 1 German Shepard & another mid sized dog but not sure her breed. Sadly, we aren’t looking to add more pets. The house is 420 friendly but, has to be done outside. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included.
There are 3 adults and a toddler. A couple (Carlos, Denise, and Bella) and a male (Ramon). For the most part we are busy individuals who work all day for the most part. We are all very friendly and enjoy socializing. However, if you’d like to keep to yourself we totally understand and respect that. The ideal roommate that we are looking for is someone who’s respectful, responsible, cleans up after themselves and brings as little drama as possible.
