This is Transitional, short term housing for men.

We have 8 locations ALL ARE IN SOUTH LOS ANGELES.

COST To Move In is $650 and aone time $35 application fee. THATS IT.

Rent is due every 30 days in the date you move in. We do not prorate or accept partial rents

Uncle Dave's Housing requires every resident to follow the house rules and Show that you are and willing to:

Keep your area clean
Pick up after yourself
