I’m looking for a female roommate to share a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Downtown LA near FIGat7th, available starting February 1st.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor and offers approximately 1,050 sq ft of living space with hardwood floors, large windows, and a patio with city views. The building has great amenities, including a rooftop pool, two gyms, and a private park with tennis courts.
