-Available after January 15, 2026 to July 20, 2026, full term ~6 month only. Option to renew after term is over.
-Pets welcome approx. $80 per month.

These would be the options/requirements to apply:

1. Bank Statements (4-6 months) and First and Last Month’s Rent (payments are not due until my complex approves you).

Or

2. Background and Credit Check with Avail, fee $55. If good credit, $600 deposit (deposit due once my complex approves you).

And a copy of your ID in both scenarios.
