📅 Move-in Date: IMMEDIATE OR March 1, 2025 (current lease ends May, though option to renew for another year available)

Working professional at a large firm, USC alumni, and working towards his Masters Degree
Active lifestyle (works out and stays socially engaged)
Keeps the apartment quiet but occasionally has a guest over
Occupies the smaller (second) bedroom
Mainly works from home
