Hi All,

Currently, trying to move out of penthouse 2bed/2bath. I have one friend (current 3L female in law school and starting big law next summer) who will take up half the lease, but she needs one more to move in.

The lease goes to the end of March and is $3,272 per month (utilities not included). It's on the penthouse floor and has 12-15ft ceilings, hardwood floors, and separated rooms. There's a rooftop pool with cabana and a gym on the roof that faces the Standard hotel. It can be partially furnished with couch and entertainment system (no Christmas tree unfortunately).

I've been in this building for the past 5 years and I really think its the best value in downtown (especially for being on the penthouse floor).

If you're interested, we can get you moved in right away. You can have the $800 security deposit. All you have to do is apply with the other future roommate.
