Wanted: Long term boarder for room available. Shared shower with private bed and bathroom in quiet Encino hills. Plenty of closet space. Looking for competent, friendly person to be sharing house with elderly female (homeowner).

Nestled in the quiet hills of Encino, rent a lovely private room, on quiet cul-de-sac street in a prime area of an exclusive neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous estates, and a beautiful pool, which looks like a mountain lake.. First and last month rent required. Applicant must go to work on a regular basis, and have a consistent offsite office job. Business type professional with an offsite 9-5 job preferred (not self- employed, retired). Please indicate this in your intro letter and resume if this is the case.

Must have own good working car. No pets, smoking, or overnight guest. The position is for one person (not couple or with children). On street parking available
