- Private bathroom, three steps across the hall — yours alone, never shared
- Your own living room at the front of the house with a TV. We use the back living room, so the front one is effectively yours

- Fully equipped kitchen with full access — double fridge, six-burner stove
- Workout area just off the front living room with a treadmill and vibration plate - we use it, and you're welcome to as well
- Washer and dryer in the unit
- Patio with BBQ, no restrictions

The neighborhood:
We love it here. You can walk to Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and Balboa Park, and we're around the corner from the tree-lined streets of Amestoy Estates. We're minutes from both the 101 and the 405, so you're connected to everything — the Westside, Burbank, downtown, wherever your work takes you.

Street parking only, but it's easy in our neighborhood — no permits required, and the only thing to watch is street cleaning on Wednesday mornings.

About us:
We're a married couple, both entertainment industry professionals, and we both work from home. That means the house is calm and quiet on weekdays. I teach part of the week and need genuine quiet during sessions, so this is a great fit for someone with a similar work-from-home rhythm or someone who's out during the day. Evenings and weekends are relaxed.

We have one dog, Stewart - the chillest, sweetest boy you'll ever meet - but he doesn't get along with other dogs, so we can't accept pets.

No smoking or vaping anywhere in the home.
