The Encino Oasis is a Mid-Century Palm Springs vibe home right in the heart of Encino Village, CA, which is in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.

Home was built in 1955.

I bought the home in the Spring of 2024.

Spent the rest of 2024 on many upgrades to it.

The home has all new furniture, high end luxury beds, a new pool system, high speed internet network, and many smart home features including smart lighting that can be voice controlled, digital entry door and bedroom locks, and a state of the art smart robot vacuum and mop combined unit.

I wanted to create an upscale living circumstance for prospective roommates.

The Encino Village area prior to 1955 used to be the RKO Studio's 'Encino Ranch.'

The Frank Capra / James Stewart Christmas movie classic "It's A Wonderful Life" was filmed here.

The set of Bedford Falls from "It's A Wonderful Life", including its all-American main street, is now the Encino Village neighborhood.

All utilities (high speed internet, LADWP, SoCal Gas, etc) and home services (gardener, pool service, house cleaner) all shared equally. Means 25% per person up to the first 4 total people in the house (roommates and myself included as on site owner). If total occupant tenants exceed 4 people, then the shared % per person is allocated proportionally across tall occupant tenants in the home.

Room prices shown assume a one person occupant in the room. An approved additional person in the same room would have a 15% additional amount added to the monthly price quoted and both people would need to be listed as tenants on the room lease.
