It’ll just be you and I as the third room is my office.
Really fun backyard for hosting game nights/movie nights, peaceful front porch for early morning coffee, laundry and dryer, tons of street and driveway parking, central AC as cold as the Arctic, heater as hot as the sun.

Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Very quiet. All the neighbors are a pretty close-knit group which makes it even cuter. House is near white oak and south of Ventura

Me - I’m a female photographer in my 40’s that mostly works from home. I love to cook and occasionally have friends over for dinners and game nights, but overall I’m very quiet, I go to bed pretty early and get up early. I have well behaved dogs, they’re here off and on, very sweet and clean.
