Wi-Fi available throughout the rec area. Full-size basketball court. Lots of open green spaces and park areas. Able to use all public spaces anytime for hanging out, being with friends, and working from home.
It is a great place to live! The townhouse is 3 levels: garage and utility room on the first floor, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath on the second floor, and both bedroom “suites” on the third floor. There is patio out front.
Spare Room didn’t display my address correctly. The complex at the intersection of El Segundo Blvd. and Aviation Blvd at the 405 onramp. 2.5 miles to LAX or downtown El Segundo, 3 miles to the beach and 1.5 miles to Manhattan Village. 1 block from LAFB.
The room faces west, lots of light, and has its own bath, only accessible from the room. It is set up like a hotel room, stocked with a new 32 inch smart TV, an espresso maker w/ steamer, and a small refrigerator (the stickers can go- my surfer son left them behind). Full-size bed, towels, and sheets provided. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. Street parking. Space in the garage available for some storage.
