Hi! I’m looking for a professional 30 something female to take over my lease starting October 1, 2023. Lease is for one year. The apartment is in a quiet, residential area that is an 8 minute walk to downtown El Segundo and a 13 minute walk to the ocean. One unfurnished room for rent with full sized shared bathroom (with one other friendly roommate.) Apartment has central heating and is generally cool during the summer with a nice ocean breeze. The room easily fits full sized bed, dresser, desk and some smaller miscellaneous furniture, and the carpet was replaced right before I moved it.
