Private Bedroom + Private Bathroom in Peaceful Ech

We have a private bedroom with its own private bathroom available in our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Echo Park.

The apartment is on the second floor and includes in-unit laundry, a private patio, a gym, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. We’re conveniently located near the pool area, and parking is also available.

You would be sharing the apartment with my husband and me. I’m an actor and currently work three jobs, so I keep myself pretty busy and am often on the go. We’re both friendly, easygoing, respectful, and enjoy having a comfortable, peaceful home. I’m also a Libra, if that tells you anything; I appreciate harmony and a good home atmosphere!

We also have two sweet cats, Rio and Ron, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely likes cats and will be mindful of keeping doors closed :)

Our ideal roommate is clean, responsible, considerate, LGBTQ-friendly, and comfortable sharing a home with a married couple. We’re social and welcoming but also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. We want someone who will feel at home here, not simply someone renting a room.

Utilities are included except for electricity, which is divided when the bill arrives approximately every two to three months.
