Come enjoy beautiful Echo Park with us. We are a group of fun roommates in our twenties and we have one room available. The room is big with several storage areas and lots of privacy and natural light - the size of a private apartment. The house is also huge, with a lot of common areas. Our home has a washer/dryer/dishwasher and parking. Common areas are very big and full of natural light. We also have amazing views of Downtown LA from almost every window. We are a 5 minute walk from Echo Park lake, cute coffee shops (Clark Street, Laveta), tennis courts, Onedowndog yoga studio, a public super clean pool and a 5 minute drive from DTLA. Come join us! We are looking for someone with a 700+ credit score and income to pay rent. Possible to rent with furniture. No pets. Available starting Oct 1st. The room is a one year lease.
