Hi everyone! My husband and I are looking for a roommate to join our 4 bed/3 bath townhouse/apt in Victor Heights! Our current roommate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone who’s a great fit for the house!

- shared gated tandem parking/street parking

- 4th bedroom used as storage room
- great view of DTLA!
- in between Echo Park and Chinatown

Rent:
- $1600 including utilities
- No security deposit if you can move in September 1st! (can accommodate earlier move in)
- $250 to put your name on the lease
- all applicants must be approved by landlord

Roommates:
Me, my husband Spencer, our cat and senior dog. I’m an ASL interpreter (27) with a hybrid schedule. Spencer (27) is going back to school at CSULA for the fall. We have a single large sized cat who enjoys being in the company of other cats and a 15-y/o chihuahua who sleeps a strong majority of the day. We enjoy photography, camping, and going on weekend trips. We will typically drop our pets off with family while we’re out of town. Spencer and I also love cooking so you will be well fed living with us! (We also have a costco membership!!)

We’re looking for an individual who’s around the same age, responsible, communicative, clean, and respectful!
