Furnished 1 bed, 1 bath bungalow available for sublet May 10 or after. Available until late August (possibly longer). 

Unit is located on a quiet street in Echo Park, on the border of Silverlake, a short walk to Canyon Coffee. This is one of three stand alone homes on a gated property, and there’s laundry on site shared with the other two units. Our favorite part is the private patio! 

$2400/month covers rent and all utilities (including internet).
