An Apartment room will be available for a 4 bed 2 bath starting at the top of May! You’ll be renting a (135sqft) room out with an in-room AC of 4. Street parking in the neighborhood is available and not a challenge to find! If another person moves out in our apartment you’ll have the option to have one of the tandem apartment parking spots. Additional costs will be added for apartment parking.

Extra fees: Internet is $27 a month, $20 washer fee. Gas/power is every other month and varies between $60 to $140

ROOMIE PREFERENCES;
We are looking for a roommate with a stable consistent income, a regular 9 to 5 (possiby monday to friday), isnt up partying on the weekdays all night, doesn’t have a bad history of drugs/alcohol or a criminal record. Is clean, doesn’t leave dishes in the sink for days, knows how to share a bathroom and not leave it a mess.

Having a bachelor’s isnt a necessity but helps! Typically ok to have kickbacks on weekends, barring you let us know ahead of time. Smoking is ok as long as you do it on the breezeway or outside staircase and not inside. A background check will be done by our landlord upon move in.

LOCATION:
Apartment building is located in Echo Park near Elysin Heights above Sunset Blvd. In a very trendy area within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Echo Park is a quiet neighborhood, making this a perfect location for a young professional or otherwise career oriented person to sleep easy at night. Building is very quiet and the neighbors rarely, if ever, have loud parties.

CURRENT ROOMMATES:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with a few professionals. Including myself, Dan, and Timothy. Two of us works in the film industry in different capacities, the other works in music/sales.

We are all pretty clean and quiet, we occasionally kick back on the weekends; but typically are busy with work during the weekdays. We’re pretty clean but not super obsessive about it, and we actively try to accommodate one another’s needs.
