Built in 1921. 1 bedroom for rent with closet, newly laminated wood panel floors put in both bedrooms. Shared Restroom, Kitchen, Living Area. Also just had the air vents cleaned. Street parking only. Live next to Echo Park stairs, so there is upper level street parking as well. The House has a private good sized front yard with Fire-pit. a Very large Two Story Wood deck, as well. Shared Sunroom Area & Living room.
Our own Washer & Dryer, in house, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Central A. C. and Heat.
Oven was just replaced in Dec. 2025, and the Deck was redone also 2025
Right where Echo Park and Silver Lake Meet.
Block off Sunset, minutes from Grocery,
restaurants, Echo park Lake, The Echo.
Gas Stations, & Shops. Next to the 101, 2, 110, 5 freeways.
I’ve personally have lived here for 14 years, I now need a roomate. Would like to rent as early March 1st, if not earlier.
