I am renting my a bedroom in an apt where I currently have 2 girls living. I am a live out landlord and need a person who will care for my apt as their own. This is a brand new unit in a brand new building. Room is unfurnished as this is a brand new apt but can be furnished if you would like with a bed only as all rooms come with a closet.
