My wonderful roommate is moving, so I’m looking for someone to move into her room. The space is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Echo Park, and it’s available February 1st! Rent is $1300/month plus utilities and it’s month-to-month. It’s a great location (walking distance to Vintageland Flea Market, CVS, Bar Henry, Club Bahia, Dodger Stadium) and has in-unit laundry plus a ton of natural light. I’m 27, responsible, considerate, and clean, and I have a cat named Rory who’s friendly and low-maintenance. I’m a freelance cellist, so I work all over LA and am gone a lot of weekends for gigs. I’m looking for someone who values a calm, tidy space and open communication.
