We are looking for a third roommate in our beautiful, three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Echo Park on August 1st. Our third roommate is leaving and we're looking for someone to join the apartment. The apartment is currently all women and we would ideally want a third woman or nonbinary individual to join. The rent (only $1330 for the room) is extremely affordable, especially for the area. The bedroom is large and full of sunlight with a huge closet. The apartment has a huge, open dining room and kitchen, as well as a patio. Great for entertaining or for spending a day at home relaxing on the patio. We are within walking distance of Von's as well as other grocery stores, and lots of great nearby bars and restaurants in Echo Park and Silver Lake.
