The neighbourhood:
Elysian Park is a sweet little nature sanctuary tucked right into the heart of the city. Minutes from downtown, Chinatown, echo park, silverlake. Very close to multiple freeways. Plenty of coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and shopping nearby.

The house:
Tons of natural light.
VERY clean.
Spacious main floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, 1/2 bathroom and washer and dryer.
Front balcony overlooking street. Big backyard that is always a work in progress (garderners welcome!), with patio, space for gardening.
Super close to Dodger Stadium (if you like baseball, sometimes we get free tickets!)
AND... We have a guest bedroom!

The room:
Primary suite of the house. Top floor, windows facing into backyard and forested hill. Huge room and a very massive private bathroom that features a jacuzzi, spearate stand up shower, and massive closet.

Parking: Off street and street parking available. Parking is never an issue here.

Roomies:
We've created a really sweet vibe in the house, and excited about finding someone who can contribute to the space and energy of our home. We are all late 20s to 30s. 3 guys, 1 girl. Variously working as performers, teachers, PA's in the industry, musicians, etc (you know, it's LA so everyone wears a lot of hats). LGBTQ2S+ friendly home. Artsy, chill, and respectful household with great communication. We like to have the odd dinner party or small gathering, but 90% of the time our home is very calm.

You:
Ideally someone who has lived in a shared household before; someone who enjoys living communally and sharing the occasional meal together, but is also fine doing their own thing; someone who supports a free palestine; and is a good communicator.
