Room Available in Echo Park Apartment/Home

Looking for a roommate to join us in our Echo Park house/apartment. The unit is located north of sunset on the corner of Elysian Park and is part of a 5 unit complex, but truly feels like more of a house, with shared outdoor patio space and a private garden out back. All neighbors are incredibly friendly and we all help each other out as needed. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The current tenants are Scott, 29, who works in marketing, David, 24, an engineer, and Spicy and Merlin, both cats. I work from home. Friendly hangouts with cocktails and music in the living room, shared dinners, evening drinks at the local bar, playing music (synths and punk guitar) are all fairly regular occurrences, so we're ultimately looking for somebody who would be interesting in being a part of it, or is at least tolerant of the noise. Partners are welcome whenever.

Rent: $980/month
Utilities: ~$70/month
Closet in room and storage in hallway available
Street Parking available and very easy all year round, street has little traffic
In unit washer/dryer
Wall unit A/C in living room only
This room shares a bathroom
No dogs, sorry, but most other pets welcome.

Landlord does a credit check, so just a heads up on that.
