Hi! I'm Gabriella! I'm currently a NICU fellow at LAC/CHLA. Sadly my amazing roommate and co-fellow is moving with her boyfriend. Therefore, I'm in need of a new roommate. :) Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions or if you would like to see more pictures of our awesome building/apartment!

- The room I’m offering is in a 2 bed/2bath (both private) apartment.
- It has all of the kitchen appliances and in unit W/D.
- We have a balcony, and plenty of storage space as well.
- The layout of the apartment is pretty nice too as it has the kitchen/living room in between the rooms - which gives a little bit more of privacy.
- Your room would be unfurnished but the rest of the house is already furnished.
- Rent is now around $2100 per person - includes utilities and parking spots (we have two)
- Utilities (minus internet) are taken care of by the building and included in the rent.
- Internet has to be set up and paid by us, and it is usually around 56/month (total)
- Commute: 10-15min away from Downtown LA, Glendale. 15-20min away from Hollywood, Pasadena

The building is pretty new and has amazing amenities (you can check it out on its website. Alexan Bahay - 330 N Westlake Ave)
- Retail shops on ground floor (Target Store- so resourceful and helpful to just go downstairs for the everyday needs!).
- Community co-work with flat screen televisions, work booths, communal tables and conference room
- Luxe pool and spa complete with fire features, barbecue grills, gaming, outdoor televisions, daybeds
- Fitness studio with Life Fitness strength, cardio equipment, and Peloton bikes.
- Club Lounge with gourmet kitchen, banquette seating, lounge and dining areas, and large TV video wall.
- Amazon package lockers and secure parcel room for convenient deliveries with 24-hour resident access.
- Bike storage and repair center.

I'm very clean and organized and would also like to have a roommate that also cares about this. Other than that I'm pretty easy-going. Because of my work I tend to be out of the house pretty often, whether on call, long work hours, or traveling so maybe you would consider that as a plus as you'll have the apartment frequently for yourself. :)
