Roomie in Echo Park

Looking for a quite, CLEAN ( Please, I won't consider anyone not willing to clean the kitchen after they cook or clean the bathroom, that they use), Considerate, and working roomie ( working full time outside the home) that would be renting my other room in my small 2 bedroom apt on SUNSET BLVD in Echo Park. The Bedroom that I am renting already has a bed, desk, and a bookcase. Rent is $980 a month that does not includes utilities but does come with a parking space and laundry onsite. The management is really cool and there is no credit check. The one thing that I do insist on is a 30 day notice before you move out.
The area that I live in looks "shady" but its really an artistic community and I love it here. It's a short walk to Echo Park Lake, Lassens, and the Farmers Market on Fridays. Bar Henry, Eight Fold Coffee, and Guisados on our block. The people that live in this building are fashion designers, artist, film students ,etc. I am social drinking friendly and I do not allow hard/street drugs. I am a female in my 30's. Looking for a chill person. Please no partiers, no drama....: ) I am an indoor smoker during the winter but I only smoke about 3 ciggs a day in my bedroom with the window open and my apartment does NOT smell like cigarettes and I would like to keep it that way.
On site Parking included in the rent.

Oh, also, I have two indoor/ outdoor cats
