You will be sharing the house only with myself and my cat, Henrietta. It’s small (about 700 square feet total) but it has a very cute backyard and front porch. The room will be free of furnishings but the rest of the house is fully furnished.

- Detached 2bed/2ba house built in the 1940s and renovated in 2021, located in unincorporated East San Gabriel across the street from Pasadena and Arcadia. Cross streets Rosemead/Duarte.
- Wall a/cs in each bedroom and in the living room; gas wall heater.
- Lots of natural light and skylights were installed in both bathrooms which is pretty great.
- Double-paned windows!
- Dishwasher in the kitchen and the kitchen door opens to the backyard.
- Private fenced backyard and patio, with a front porch and large front yard as well.
- Tandem parking (I park in the garage and the driveway spot goes with your room).
- Fantastic, responsive, and very professional landlord that I have a good relationship with.
- Safe and generally quiet neighborhood of mostly houses.
- 5 minutes to Trader Joe's, Vons, H-Mart, Grocery Outlet; 10 minutes to the LA County Arboretum and The Huntington Library.
