Hi I’m Kennedy and I’m the homeowner of a little bungalow tucked in San Gabriel. My dog Chevy and I absolutely love all the space that this home offers, but financially need a roommate to join our little family.

The house is 3 bedrooms 2 baths including a kitchen, pool, and living space. I am hoping to rent out my guest room in the next few months! You would have your own bathroom, but if guests are over I’d love for them to use any bathroom in the house!

My dog Chevy is a pit bull terrier and is very energetic, kind, and playful. He’s 3 years old and fully potty trained. So I hope anyone looking to move in is cool with dogs 😎.
