Comfy Room w/ Dedicated Bathroom in South Bay

I’m located in SE Manhattan Beach (super cute beach community!), and am happy to accept short, mid, or long term stays, though I would prefer a long term renter. I have two rooms listed, that come with a secure key code lock on their doors for your comfort, and both have a dedicated bathroom.

The common spaces (living room, dining room, and kitchen) are refined but comfortable! At the moment there are two occupants in the house: Me, a self employed full time student in my late 20s working towards a career in comedy, and my mother who is in her mid 50s, and is frankly a delight (though she intends to spend a decent amount of time traveling soon, so she may not be around as much as I am.) We keep a clean, quiet and respectful home, and are equally happy to give you your space, or to make friends!

The property is steps away from public bus transportation, not too far from the LA Metro service and a quick drive (or Uber) or bike ride from the beach. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the building, if you’re a brisk walker. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a discount grocery store within walking distance.

This is a smoke-free and shoe-free home.

Amenities include all linens, ample storage for clothing in the good sized closet and dresser, workspace for anyone who works from home, huge walk-in shower in the bathroom, toasty warm space heater for those rare chilly SoCal days, refrigerator, range top, oven, microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker and washer dryer in the unit.

Unfortunately, although we LOVE animals, we’re both allergic, so having them in the home is a deal breaker :(
