The Rooms:
Renting out a room in a 3 bedroom house, available ASAP, for 6-month minimum term.

Room 1: $1,000 monthly + $50 for utilities (internet, water, trash, gas, electric). $300 security deposit.
Room is 10 x 12ft, with a sizable closet, a ceiling fan, and black out shades. Can be furnished, for an additional flat fee.

Tenant application is $50 for the background check through Baselane. We also accept applications using Zillow, apartments. com, or similar.

The house:
The 2 rooms share a bathroom. Other common, furnished areas: kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room.

The house has central air conditioning and heat, and double-paned windows that let in lots of light. Kitchen has a dishwasher, 5 burner range with griddle top and convection oven, and a four-door fridge with filtered drinking water and ice dispenser. Includes in-unit washer and dryer. Outside in the front yard there’s a Meyer lemon tree and an Asian citrus tree.

Street parking only, which is free just follow signs for street sweeping.

The other bedrooms of the house are rented by female professionals. Looking for female roommate who is compatible.

There is a separate studio on property that is also occupied by a male professional.

Central location in a residential East LA neighborhood near the Monterey Park border, near ELAC, USC Health Sciences, CalState LA, County USC medical center. Walking distance to shops and eateries at the commerce center. Less than a mile to metro gold line. Near the 60, 710, 101, and 5 freeways, 20 min drive to DTLA
