My Living Room Area

I'm renting a spare bedroom ($40 Daily/$250 weekly)
AND my futon bed to crash on[$25 Per {DAY}!!!]temporarily.. it's NOT a ROOM(Air mattress can be provided for $5 extra bucks), it's in my living room area (pretty vacant)we can do a by the night or by the week deal.. I'm thinking $25 a day(1 shower per day included)..OR $175 a week!
If more time is needed after the 1st week if I like you, you can pay to stay longer or if your hardly around except at night to shower and sleep then maybe I'll let you stay longer in that case as well.

I have a balcony area too if you smoke.. I have a futon out there and it can be slept on if your an outdoor person its on the 2nd level with privacy lol and during the spring fall and summer its awesome to lay out there!

You'd have access to the shower/internet/kitchen
Pillows and Blankets are provided as well if needed even though I didn't put them in the picss..

If you work alot and are hardly around this is perfect.

I also do shower situations at $10 per half HR shower...

Lastly but also for the out doorsy types I let ppl sleep on the balcony for $15 a night if the futons unavailable.

They're Two Bathrooms one being mine solely so you'd just share with my other tenant and you'll are welcome to customize it.

Location of my place is in BOYLE HEIGHTS close to downtown.. ALHAMBRA is our neighbor lol📍

My room has the Balcony which I'd be more then happy to let you chill on!! I came from another state & rented a room out here in LA myself for a few yrs before I moved up so I know how it is, I treat others how they treat me 💯

On street Parking and Laundry is off site 1 1/2 minutes down the street!

I'm a Chill Humble Aspiring Filmmaker/Actor...looking for other working people who pay rent ON TIME, aren't Awkward are Respectful, Sociable, Clean and don't make to much unnecessary noise!
