The Room:
Renting out a private room, available now, for minimum 6-month term. $1,400 monthly + $100 for utilities (internet, water, trash, gas, electric). $500 security deposit. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Room is approximately 12’x14’, with black-out shades, a sizable closet with mirrored sliding doors, a ceiling fan, a private bathroom (6’x8’) with shower, and a separate keyed entrance.

Tenant application is $50 for the background check through Baselane. We also accept applications using Zillow, apartments. com, realtor. com, or similar.

The house:
It’s a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. The other 2 bedrooms in the home are occupied by professionals, who share the second bathroom. Common, furnished areas are the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room.

There is also a separate studio on property, occupied by another tenant.

The house has central air conditioning and heat, and double-paned windows that let in lots of light. Kitchen has a dishwasher, 5 burner range with griddle top and convection oven, and a four-door refrigerator with filtered drinking water dispenser. Includes in-unit washer and dryer. Outside in the front yard there’s a Meyer lemon tree and an Asian citrus tree.

Street parking only, which is free just follow signs for street sweeping days.

The area
Central location in a residential neighborhood, near ELAC, USC Health Sciences, CalState LA, County USC medical center. Walking distance to shops and eateries at the commerce center. Less than a mile to metro gold line. Near the 60, 710, 101, and 5 freeways, 20 min drive to DTLA.
