*Roommate Wanted*

Hey there! So I am looking for a female roommate (preferably 20's and who doesn't smoke) to move into my house in Los Angeles around late September to early October! Medium sized bedroom with large closet for $500+ (total between two of us around 1100) including wifi/utilities. The entire house is fairly small but cozy (does need some work) + driveway parking. Must be okay with dogs as I do have my dog who lives with me (preferably no other dogs). Decent location - walkable to the metro/ shops/groceries etc. I am 20 years old, friendly, fun, laid back, I enjoy being social and going out but I also enjoy having nights of just staying home and vegging out lol, I am also super clean, very organized, and respectful of space.
