The townhouse is 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms total. I live in one bedroom. You get 1 private bedroom plus your own private full bathroom. Choose between two rooms:
- Bedroom #2: $1,650/month
- Bedroom #3: $1,750/month - has its own attached private balcony

The home is furnished (living room, kitchen, shared spaces). The bedroom itself is unfurnished, so you'd be able to bring your own bed and furniture. You'd have the choice between a private bathroom downstairs or sharing the upstairs bathroom with me.
