Beautiful Craftsman Sublet

I' have 2 rooms available and am either looking for one person to sublet both or possibly 2 different people. I'm only looking to sublet the space for one to four months. Move-in could start in October. You can either rent a single room or rent the whole space for $2000. I'll need to see definitive proof that you will be leaving such as plane tickets because eventually I'm going to be using these two rooms for a child that I'm adopting so I need to be sure that whomever is subletting will definitely be leaving.

The space includes a small bedroom that's furnished and has a private entrance and private bathroom and a second bedroom that's furnished that's very large with 2 skylights, a large closet, and a bathroom. The smaller bedroom is $1050. and the large bedroom is $1250. It's all new construction made with high-end materials, many of which were non-toxic. The kitchen has a skylight and another tubular skylight. There's a washer / dryer in the space.

I'll be looking at your credit score and proof of income. I also will need to meet you in-person. No pets and no smoking.

Utilities are extra which usually end up being around $65. to $85. per person per month. Move-in costs for the sublet are first month rent and deposit.
