Beautiful Craftsman Sublet

I'm looking for someone who will be here one to two months but it could turn into a longer situation if you were interested in a live / work situation that wouldn't start right away so you could rent until I was ready for the live / work. Move-in could start in September or October 1st.

The space includes a small bedroom that's furnished and has a private entrance and private bathroom that I'm looking to either sublet for 1 to 2 months or you could stay longer if you're interested in the live / work situation that would involve being a nanny to an older kid so ideally I'm looking for someone to start out as a renter who will then transition into the nanny position. Before the kid arrives, that space will be like a private apartment. The room is surrounded by windows and has a french door leading out to the yard and the bathroom has a tubular skylight. It's all new construction made with high-end materials, many of which were non-toxic. The kitchen has a skylight and another tubular skylight. There's a washer / dryer in the space.

If you're only looking for a one to two month sublet, I'll need to see definitive proof that you will be leaving such as plane tickets. I'll also will be looking at your credit score and proof of income. I also will need to meet you in-person. The room only works for one person without pets. Once the kid arrives, if you're interested in doing the full live / work situation it will involve working about 10 to 12 hours per week doing things like driving the kid places and cooking. It will also require being on-call 3 nights per week which will only be for emergencies. Note that the live / work situation is not a paid position. You would be getting free rent in exchange for the work.

Utilities are extra which usually end up being around $65. to $85. per person per month. Move-in costs for the sublet are first month rent ($1050.) plus $1050. deposit.
