Bedrooms for rent in East Hollywood

I have 2 bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment in East Hollywood close to Los Feliz.
It's a 5 unit apartment building dingbat style. Apartment has central AC and Heating, is spacious and the street is very quiet and chill. It's 1 block away from LACC, on Edgemont st. Laundry is coin operated on site, not in the apartment. There's also a laundry place 1 block away for larger loads.

- Bedroom A: 12 x 12 ft, mid sized closet, private bathroom. No parking spot for this one. Street parking in front of the building is very easy, just be mindful of street cleaning day, and get an annual permit if you dont want to worry about it.
- Bedroom B: 12 x 12 ft, larger sized closet, NO private bathroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with me (I'm clean and organized and would expect the same). This bedroom can share a tendam parking spot with me if you want, as long as you're mindful of swapping cars, etc. Otherwise street parking is easy like mentioned.

I'm a 37 year old male, working full time. Very adult and work-oriented life. No partying, no drugs, no smoking, no heavy drinking. I don't bring people over. I have a steady GF who sometimes comes over for the day during the weekend, or will spend the night occasionally, but most of the time I go to her place. I'm looking for people on the same vibe that are looking to build their lives and need a chill, clean and calm place to call home for a while.

Rent is 1250 + 130 for bills on the 1st of every month. I'll ask for 50% of it as security deposit, all paid upon moving in date.

One of the rooms has some furniture that can stay if wanted. Bedframe, mattress and full bedding, TV on the wall, some closet organizers and bedside tables. You can choose to use those things, or I'll get rid of them.
