Room opening up in East Hollywood on October 1st for $1k per month plus half of water and electric, free wifi. Great location on Normandie between Fountain Ave and Santa Monica Blvd. Room is located in a two bedroom apartment on the third floor of a well maintained apartment building and has a nice balcony view of the Griffith Observatory. Building is equipped with a parking garage and a double parking spot, swimming pool, clean laundry room, elevator, and gated entrance. Tenant will also have personal use of guest bathroom, which is equppied with a tub shower.

To move in, tenant will have to be added to the lease, which would be a one year contract, so good credit or co-signers with good credit is required. If you have a cat, the building will require a couple hundred more for a deposit and some extra paperwork. Dogs are a no-go for me, sorry. I will also be conducting a two-part interview process, which should be necessary as we will be living together for the next year. The first interview will be conducted over the telephone, and the second will be a meet and greet. Future tenant will also need to be ready to sign by the 19th as the application process will take about a week or two to process.

About the house: I am a 35 y/o male, into rock n roll, work at a warehouse for the film industry, and going to school for fashion design. I frequently have company over, my friends are all artists, musicians, 30/40+ and hard workers. House is relaxed, but tidy and clean. Smoking on the balcony is allowed, friends and lovers are allowed over, but ultimately the space is to be regularly maintained as in swept, wiped, and all stray mess folded up, kept up, and put away. Alternative adults with a strong responsible and self sufficient backbone are urged to apply!
