🗓️ Lease ends: June 27, 2027
🔐 Security deposit: $887.50 (Reimbursement)

P. S. The security deposit has technically already been paid by the current tenants living in the apartment. It will be paid as reimbursement for my share to me directly. More details will be given after the tour of the room.

• You would be taking over my spot on the lease

👥 LIVING SITUATION
There are 3 other tenants currently living in the apartment. I am the only person leaving, so you would be replacing me while the other three tenants remain.

🚗 PARKING
The building has two garage parking spots, but both are currently being used by two of the other tenants.

📋 LEASE TAKEOVER
Looking for someone to lease the takeover, available from November 6, 2026, with the lease ending June 27, 2027. Management approval and the required lease-transfer process will apply. But definitely open to talking about potentially wanting to move in earlier, those details would also have to be discussed with the lease agency separately on what they would respond.
