Hello! I’m looking for 3 roommates to replace my friends who had to leave my 4 bedroom apartment. Rent is $999 for a 12-month lease or $1100 for month-to-month. Utilities are shared and about $110/person. No application fee or long application process since I already live here. It’s a modern aesthetic and fantastic location. My favorite part about the location (660 N Oxford Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004) is that it’s close to everything and I rarely experience traffic. Garage parking is $150/month or lots of street parking available for free.
