Hello! I’m currently looking for one roommate to replace my current roommate, who moved out at the end of June.

The apartment is a furnished 2 Bed / 2 Bath located in East Hollywood Near Sunset Blvd, Western Ave, Fountain Ave, and Normandie Ave (90027).

Monthly rent responsibility is $1,200 with utilities included.

- Seeking ONE roommate only. Unfortunately, no couples or pets.
- Preferably looking for someone who is either a college student and/or working professional. No gender or sexual orientation preferences.

Applicant Requirements:

Applicants must:
- Have a secure job with 3 months of proof of income
- Have good to excellent credit history
- Have no prior evictions
- Have no major credit red flags such as collections
- Pass a standard credit and background check
- Meet leasing office income requirements
- Be able to provide a guarantor if required

Combined household income between both tenants (myself and the applicant) must meet property management’s required income ratio of 2.5x the monthly rent.

A guarantor may be accepted; however, management may require higher income qualifications.

Once approved by the leasing office, you will officially be added to the lease. Unfortunately, subleasing is not permitted by management.
