There is also a large attic with ample storage space and a cool balcony. Within a block there is a park and excellent Thai food. The neighbors are also very kind.

I’ve lived here for 6 years and I’ll be leaving for this lease cycle to do some traveling so I’m looking for new people to fill the space. I should note that the apartment total is 3400; the rent splits are suggested and negotiable. The living room and dining area are fully furnished and there are desks, a dresser, 2 TVs, and a mattress & bedframe you can use if you wish. The kitchen is also fully supplied. Anyone coming in will have full autonomy to decorate as they choose. Move in between 7/1-9/1 is okay!
