Beautiful Craftsman House

Room available May1st. Looking for someone who will be here at least one to two months but hopefully longer. I own the house and live here too. There are 4 other people who live here (including me) so a total of 5 people. Everyone is very quiet and respectful and tend to be out a lot or in their rooms when they are home. The house is in a fairly quiet area even though it's close to everything. I have my own bathroom and the other 4 housemates share a full bath and half bath.

The room is about 100 square feet and has a small closet and 2 window that face south so it gets good light. It's furnished with a single bed, dresser, and nightstand.

The room is $825. per month not including utilities which usually end up being around $60. to $80. per person per month. Move-in costs are first month rent plus $825. deposit. I need to talk to people over the phone before having anyone over so call me . I'm expecting calls about the room so no need to go into a long explanation about why you're calling, just say you're calling about the room for rent. I won't be responding to emails because I need to screen scammers.
